Which pivot for my window

Question

Please see attached photo, which is a sticker on my double hung window we purchased from Sears many, many years ago. Can you tell which of the pivots is the correct one for this type of window?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid this sticker doesn't tell us anything about the hardware it uses. In order to help, we would need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from the window. In the meantime, you can find our selection here.
