Which pivot shoe do I need?

A quick learner from Boise, Id says:
I 'm replacing pivot shoes and need 15-118 or 15-121 not clear about the difference of the cams. These are paired with 27c channel balances on original windows over 20 years old

Paul from SWISCO responded:

When locating a replacement pivot shoe, the most important factors you want to pay attention to are the width, the thickness, and the height of the pivot shoe. The cam doesn't really play an important factor in locating replacement shoes. Your best option would be to compare each of these pivot shoes to yours to see which of the two would make the better match. If you should need any further help, you can upload a couple of photos of your pivot shoe and we can offer our advisement on a replacement.
