Which products fit? Maybe 40-198 or 40-194?

A home owner from Bellaire, Texas says:
I want to replace a mortise latch that has a return spring that is not functioning. The 40-198 and 40-194 look hopeful, but I ask for your help.
Will one of these models fit?
What do you make that will fit?

A home owner from Bellaire, Texas says:
The storm door is Larson.
The dimension between screw centerlines is actually 6 7/8", not 7".

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Neither the 40-194 nor the 40-198 will work in your application. I believe the best option we have for this old Larson storm door set is our 40-049, but review its specs and see what you think.

A quick learner from PA says:
do you sell the 40-049 mortise only?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Unfortunately, the mortise for the 40-049 handle set is not sold separately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
