Which replacement spiral balance do I need?

Hi Team,

I need to replace a few spiral balances for my windows (see attached photos), and I am not sure which of your products is the correct one. None of mine have colored tips on them, and I don't know the window manufacturer. After searching your site, I believe the S900-25 model is correct, and if so, blue or red?

Hey, Dennis. I'm afraid I can't confirm what Series balance you have from these photos. If the diameter of the outer white tube is 3/8", then the Series 900 is definitely what you want. However if it's 9/16" or 5/8", then you want our Series 600 instead.

If there's no color tip on your balance then you'll have to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best color tip option. We have a chart on every balance store page on our site that you can use as a reference.
