Which stamp option do I need?

A quick learner from Dania Florida says:
My current channel balance has 2316 stamped on it. My high impact window sash weighs 38 pounds. Which stamp option should I be using. I need a 19-002 top & a 15-001 bottom; the channel balance is 24 inches long.

Thanks for posting. This is not a standard Series 390 balance, given that 2316 stamp code, which indicates a unique spring calibration. I'm confident we can provide these balances for you via custom order. My product director is looking into having these balances quoted. We'll get back to you as soon as we can with more information. Many thanks.

Thanks for your patience as we prepared this quote for you. I just sent you an email with a custom link to order a pair of these balances stamped 23-16L. Let me know if you have any questions prior to placing this order. Many thanks.
