Which weight option and model should I buy to replace this?

I am not sure which weight and model option I should replace for this milgard window balancers that broke. They were installed in 2005.

I'm not sure. Stamps ending in "90" use an old rating system that has fallen out of use. One of our standard options may still work, but you will have to weigh your sash to confirm which is best.
