Your patio handle can be replaced with the 82-080 Mortise Style Handle Set or its keyed version, part 82-081. Like yours these have a 4-15/16" installation hole spacing. 

Be sure to compare the shape of the latch to confirm these sets are compatible with the existing internal mortise lock (sold separately).
