We do not carry this exact handle set, but take a look at the 82-089 as a replacement option. This handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Please review the dimensions to confirm a good fit and let us know if you have any additional questions.

We also carry the 82-107 latch lever kit, if this is the only part that is broken.
