White Plastic Insert

I have Semco windows installed around 2006-2010. The exterior frame is aluminum and has a white plastic insert where the screen clips into the frame. These plastic cups get brittle and break. Do you sell replacements for these plastic inserts? Sorry I don't have a photo.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I'm not sure what you may be describing. Can you upload photos of the inserts in question? That's the only way for us to confirm if we have a comparable match.

I've attached a photo of the insert in question. Once inserted it doesn't come out, but when it breaks it falls into the hallow frame. I hope this helps.

Thank you for the photo. We refer to this part as a grommet. I'm sorry to say that we don't sell replacements for them. I sincerely apologize that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
