Built my home in 2005, all windows are Jeld-Wen which no longer supply weather stripping for this awning window. Jeld-Wen referred me to you for help.

We unfortunately don't sell a replacement foam seal that matches what you show here. The best option we can offer is our 58-170B, though the design and size is different enough that I cannot guarantee that it will work. You can review its specs below.
