For aluminum frame windows. Approx age 23 years. Window have a GA marking on lock.

Top 3/16"
Long side 18/32"
Lip 10/32"
Top to top of lip 16/32"

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our 55-120. Go over the dimensions below and let me know if you think this could work for you.

The 3/16" is correct and general shape is correct but other dimensions are off.

The 55-120, General Aluminum snap-in dimensions might be slightly off, however, we have known other customers with GA windows have been able to use it with no problem. Give it one more good look and let us know if you have any other questions.
