The windows are plygems 1500 series single hung window. The house was built and the certificate of occupancy was issued in January of 2019. Myself and my neighbors have several broken (stripped)ones already.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell this exact lock. To help with our search, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center, along with the backset? I've attached a photo below that you can use as a reference for what to measure. The 11/16" measurement would be the backset.

Hi thanks for getting back quickly. I thought plygems would be a window that you would carry the parts for. The backseat is 11/16" and the distance between the installation holes is 2- 1/16" center to center.

Most of the hardware we sell are generic parts that are used on a wide variety of different brands. That's why it's so important for us to get dimensions first. Our 90-278 lock appears to meet the dimensions you need. The design is still a bit different so I can't promise it will work but take a look and see what you think.
