White awning window operator replacements needed.

Hi - I have awning windows that were installed 10 years ago. Some of the cranks have worked their way out of the operator. I can't find any manufacturer name or indentifyer information on windows or operators. On inside of operator is stamped SD and made in USA. They are white The dimensions are on the attched photos. Can you help me replace these - I need a few. Thank you! Frank

Thank you for your inquiry Frank. We believe you may need our #39-025 white operator. Why don't you compare that to what you currently have and let us know if that is a good match for you!

Hi do I need to buy screws or washers or handles with this operator or are they all included?

I'm afraid this operator does not come with any fasteners. If you look on the right side of the 39-025 store page, you can see a list of related parts. You could also re-use your old fasteners.
