White metal hinge

I have 5 metal hinge pivots that have broken the last few years and need to be replaced. There are 2 screws that hold them in place as shown in photo. If there is a charge please let me know. I have 20 Paradigm windows in all and they are just fine excepting this metal piece.

Thanks for posting. See our 26-226 Pivot Bar. This looks like it might be yours, but I advise comparing to an undamaged version to be safe. See what you think.
