White plastic keeper for a vertically sliding vinyl window. Mounting-hole centers are 1 1/8  inches vertically. The matching sash latch is a gray, two-prong fork/cam mechanism; photos attached.

This part is called a tie bar guide. We don't sell this exact design but I think our 39-448 is a good candidate for an alternative. Look it over and let me know if you had any follow up questions.
