White retainer part

Hi i am looking to get some of the white parts shown in the photo. the vinyl windows were installed in about 2000 and the white parts shown in the center of the photo hold the locking track in place. there is a lever mechanism (hurd type?) that shifts the whole metal portion held in place by the white parts. can you help identify the parts? thanks
