That stamp code only tells us the balance's strength; but furthermore, yours is from an old rating system we do not use. To know what stamp your new balances will use, please obtain the exact weight of the window sash. Give us that exact weight and we'll be able to tell you. 

For the Top Sash Guide, start by looking at our 18-166; but it would be best to compare with an undamaged version to see if it matches up.
