The screw holes are 4 inches apart. The overall height is 4 3/4 inches and the width is 1 1/4 inches in the middle. The door was manufactured by WinDoor Inc

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for the sliding door hardware shown in your photos. If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to the window manufacturer directly.
