White window wool pile

A quick learner from Adams, New York says:

Need replacement for white (can replace with another color) wool window pile, 3/16 x 7/16. They go in a channel in vinyl windows that are white. Need something that will help keep the cold out, get very cold in Adams, NY during the winter.
