I can't seem to find anything like this on your website. Removed this from a customer's front patio entry door, the hub for the unit appears to be deteriorated and will not retract the latch bolt all the way into the housing, preventing the opening of the door from either side. Thanking you in advance for any assistance you can provide on this unit.
