We do offer the 36-048 hinge set that could replace the casement hinges shown in your photos as long as it has the same 10" long base. Keep in mind that this is a generic replacement, which is compatible with a wide variety of windows from different manufacturers. I would recommend checking the window and frame for a manufacturer sticker if you would like to purchase an identical window which, unfortunately, is not something that we can supply.
Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing the manufacturer of your windows based on photos. As we mentioned, your best bet would be to check the window and frame for a manufacturer sticker. If there is none, you could also try contacting local hardware stores in your area that may know the window brands that were commonly used in your area around the time that the house was built.
