I am trying to find the manufacturer of my windows so I can replace the pile striping.
I have enclosed a picture of the label on the windows.
If the picture is not clear here is the information on the label.

Thanks for reaching out! The NAMI sticker on doors and windows is only used to confirm that window products have been inspected by and tested for certification by the National Accreditation & Management Institute. Unfortunately, we unable to use this information to identify manufacturers or replacements.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the pile you'll need but I will need to know the dimensions for the width of the base and the height. It may also help to see a photo of the end profile view of the pile.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for your reply. I have taken some pictures and measurements for my windows weather stripping. The pictures are not the best. I couldn't get a good photo of the weather stripping channel so I made a hand drawn image for you. The weather stripping itself just collects at the bottom in a clump and is glued into my window channel. If you can find a suitable replacement for me I would need about 16' of stripping to finish two windows.

Are the measurements you've provided the dimensions for the base width and the pile height? Unfortunately, that is not clear from your diagram. If they aren't, please refer to the video tutorial above for an idea on the measurements we would need to see. There are also several examples which can be viewed by taking a look at our pile weatherstripping, here.

Also, I did want to mention, we do not carry any adhesive wool pile weatherstripping. That said, you would need to inquire with a local hardware store about which adhesive might be best for installing wool pile.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

I finally determined who the manufacturer of my windows are.
It is Coeur D'Alene windows.

I will contact the manufacturer directly for replacement weather stripping.
Thanks for all your help.
