Wi dow balance for 2 windows

Question

One window weighs 28 lbs. The number in it is 29- 4 da2 cmc7
The other one weighs 30 lbs. The number on it is 29-9 ca2 cmc4.
I need a set of each and sets of the sash top. Could you please tell me what to get? Thank you.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2940 spring strength options to support your 28-pound sash and 2950 to support your 30-pound sash.
