Approx 2 - 1/16 "

Thanks for confirming! I recommend you have a look at our 90-278 sash lock. This measures 2-1/16" on the installation hole centers and has an 11/16" backset. We don't sell your exact keeper but the 90-282 recessed keeper looks similar though I can't promise it will work. Review the specifications for this part and see what you think.

one last question do you know if this works for both left and right. The current ones I have when you pull it to the right it closes. Then I have another when you move it to the left it closes instead of unlocking.

Is there another one you can provide that does the opposite?

This lock is non-handed but the handle will still always face a certain direction. The 90-278 is our best option, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
