Looks like you need a new pivot shoe and spiral balance. The pivot shoe itself resembles our 15-045, while the spiral balance is likely our Series 900. Look these parts over and let me know if you agree.

That's not an order number, that's the reference number for this discussion right here. In addition to receiving a different order number, you should also have received a tracking number that would allow you to see whether or not your order had shipped.
