Widow weep hole cover

I need 10 covers. No markings on cover. It is white. If more pictures are needed. Let me know.

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find an exact match for this weep hole cover. The best solution we could come up with is substituting with our 26-186, however this will require drilling two holes for it to install. See what you think.
