Width of balancer shoe

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't tell since it's installed. The window track obscures too much of the T-lock shoe. We have the 15-236 with a closed cam and recessed stem but you'll have to remove it to confirm the width and if it has a closed cam.
