Will 39-089 Work?

Question

Ordered 39-187 (installed in picture Crank 1) however the crank arm can't move any more yet the window still have a few more inches to shut.
If order 39-089 will it fix the problem and more closely match the original (picture Crank 2?) Or do I need to order a completely different part?

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear the 39-187 did not work for you. Yes, the issue is the gear arm shape. The 39-187 and 39-188 have a 'W' shape gear arm, whereas the 39-089 and 39-090 have a Z-one. See below. Based on the appearance, the 39-089 should be what you need. Just make sure the link arm length matches the 5" shown below as well.
