Will 39-107FK work for a Pozzi window

Hi- i would like to know if 39-107FK would work for our Pozzi casement wood windows. Please see attached pictures of existing hardware. Thank you

I think the 39-107FK may work for you, yes. Keep in mind that its handle has an 11/32" spline. If your old handle is the same, I think it's a great match.
