The 40-049 looks like a valid replacement for my oldo pado/emco. Does it come in brushed nickel or something close? Thanks.

40-183 is identical to 40-049, except it comes in black or satin chrome. 40-049 is the same handle in brass. I would just go over the dimensions to be 100% sure that this is the handle set you need.
