Will #75005 work with installing tilt window balances

will the tool #75005 work with installing a spring balance for a tilt window? Sorry I dont know how to send photos.

The 75-005 is for charging spiral balances used in non-tilt windows. "Spring balance" sounds like you probably have a channel balance with a pulley and spring inside of it. This type of balance does not need to be charged.
