Will the 10-324 work for me?

Question

Assuming this product will work as a replacement for the plastic shower sweep currently installed? Can holes be drilled to match existing screw placement on the door. Picture attached

I'm afraid your picture doesn't tell us much. I can't make out the design of your sweep. Assuming it's a drip rail like our 10-324, then ours could potentially work, yes. You can drill new holes into the rail or cut it down to size, as necessary.
