Will the 38-036 replace my lock?

It looks like the 38-036 will work to replace what I have here. Two question though: If I add the two measurements you show (1/4" + 5/8" = 7/8") from back of trim flange to tip of locking arm, this total is 7/8". As you can see from my photo's, the originals do not have an articulated tip. The locking arm is straight. This measurement on the original in my photo is 1". What is the measurement of the 38-036 from back of trim flange to the closest surface of the locking arm? aka, the measurement you show to be 1-5/16" minus the distance from the "hole" locking arm surface that contacts the locking plate internal to the window frame.

Also, what are the 38-036 measurements of the plastic trim piece? Mine are 3"H x 25/32"W and piece of trim that inserts into window frame (oval piece that you show to be 1/4" thick) 2-1/2" hole ctr to hole ctr x 5/8".
