Will the 38-036 replace this?

Will the 38-036 part work to replace the latch shown?
They are PGT casement windows about 20 yrs old. Is it easy to replace? Can you send measurement of part?

I'm afraid I can't confirm if the 38-036 can work for you. That will depend entirely on the design of the hook at the back end. Even then, the overall style is so different that I can't guarantee it.
