Will the 39-376 fit the 1361357

According to my records, the 1361357 is a code associated only with Andersen brand parts. If that's what you have, then the 39-376 will not work, as it's a Truth brand part. 

Andersen parts are only compatible with Andersen parts. It's very rare that you can use off-brand parts as replacements, and this is not one of those instances.

I'd be happy to determine what you really need, but I would require photos of the hardware in question to get started.
