Will the 40-214 fit my door?

Will the 40-214 fit my door?
I'm looking for a brushed nickel or stainless colored handle/lock replacement.
It is 8 1/4" as pictured in the drawing for the 40-214. However the 9 3/8" plate measurement is actually 9 1/2".
I appreciate you getting a confirmation on whether the black handled lock set up will accommodate my door. I do not want a brass front door handle or I'd simply have a locksmith create a key for my existing door.

I don't believe the 40-214 is what you need. At first glance I would lean toward the 40-049. However, you'll need to remove all the hardware from the door and compare the dimensions to confirm. Let me know if anything differs at all.
