Will the wheels retract so they are flush with the door so I can put the door back in place?

Will the wheels retract so they are flush with the bottom of the door so I can put the door back in place. There does not seem to be any way to further disassemble the frame of my vinel patio door and the wheels that I am replacing do retract so I am pretty sure that is what I need.I am looking at 81-149, also should I get stainless steel or the other? Thanks
