I want a crank extender for the Truth casemen window crank. Will the 39-337 extender fit my existing window? (Two photos attached).

Hey Douglas, yes, I am pretty sure the 39-337 will work with your operator. This fits splines with a diameter of 11/32". Judging from the photos I am pretty confident that is what your operator has, though I'd measure the spline diameter just to be safe. Let me know if you have any questions.
