Will this handle work with this double hook mortise?

Thanks for posting. This looks like an 82-238 Mortise Lock. This lock works with handle sets like our 82-080 and keyed 82-081. Both of these handle sets have 4-15/16" hole spacing. Take a look and let me know what you think.
