Can you let me know if this will work with the Pgt CA740 nesting hardware for their casement unit and is it the same.

I'm afraid that number wasn't a match to anything in our database. Can you show us a picture of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the window are fully visible? Once we can identify the operator, we can determine which handles are compatible with your assembly.
