Willmar Casement Window Operator

Question

Our Wilmar wooden casement window (around 28 years old) won't close once opened.  The device appears to be stripped.  Wilmar is no longer in business.  Have been told we need to replace the entire mechanism.  Prefer bronze to match others.  There are two arms connected to the device.  Not sure where we would find a serial number on existing mechanism.  How do we measure the mechanism since it is currently in place?  Window opens to right.  The picture you have include in your response to "Brian" looks like what we need.

It does appear that the operator is stripped and will require a new mechanism. To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can see a bird's eye view of the operator arm attachments. Thank you!
