The stamp from the balance can tell us the weight range the balances should be able to support but we'll first need to identify the type of balance you have.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balance can be replaced with the S395-34 Channel Balance. Your stamp indicates the window sash should weigh 38lbs. That said, I believe you can use the 3365, which can support 35 to 39lbs. It would be advised to double check the weight to confirm that it does weigh 38lbs.
