WinCore Model 7700 double hung windows

I have WinCore Windows in a home I just purchased. Sliding hardware was discovered broke. The bottom panel pivot/slide component is broken.

When the window is unlocked to clean/wipe, the pivot rod at the bottom of the pane is broken. I hope this is descript. I can provide pictures.

It looks like you need a new pivot bar. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory.

Thank you for the follow up! I checked your website the same day as this post and you are correct! I need (2) pivot bars. I pulled the old out, measure and compared to ones on your website. I ordered (6). Thank you
