Hello! This roller looks very close to our 84-091. I think this may be the part you need but our dimensions are different than yours. I would double check just to be safe and see if this part may work for you after all.
Ah, I see. I am familiar with that old 5/16" wide housing you have and can verify that it's not something that's made anymore.
The only alternative we've found that might work is to use the 84-091 suggested above. However, it won't be an easy 1:1 fit. What you need to do is spread the part of the frame where the wheel goes to give it clearance to actually fit. This takes a fair bit of elbow grease so be prepared for that. Also be warned that it won't be pretty, since the door will have a wide bulge at the bottom where the rollers are.
Despite that, I've had other professionals report back to me that this does work in the short term and gets the door functional. In the long term, you should strongly consider a new door entirely.
