Winder doesn't work

Looking for old new stock to repair this. The winder just goes around and around. It must be stripped. Can just that one small part be replaced or does the whole thing need to be replaced? These windows are from 1986. I believe these older ones are installed a little differently than the new ones, the way the unit goes through the wood on the bottom of the window.

Here are better pictures. It shows some part numbers. The problem is the crank doesn't work. It looks like the winder part with the spiral isn't going all the way into the piece with the hole and doesn't catch the teeth on the part that is numbered 30. Do you sell just the part that is on the inside of the window sill? It's the 2 pictures on the bottom.
Thank you

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like your worm gear is stripped. That part can't be repaired or replaced, so you'll need a new assembly. Take a look at the 39-156 and 39-032. The difference between them is the length of the link arm. Review the specifications and see which one matches up with your old operator.
We also have a video tutorial that will go over how to remove the wood trim.
