Windiw won't stay up

Question

Both coil spring balances are at the bottom of the side window track.

I haven't time to take them out yet too examine, but think I need new balances, but don't know which ones. Also, uncertain about the shoes until I remove them.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your coil springs and pivot shoe fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. There should also be numbers stamped on the coil springs that you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options. We've related a few videos on this page to help you through the process.
