Windo Coil Balance Broken

Window will not remain open when lifted.  Checked coil balance and it looks broken.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have further questions about this hardware.
