Hello! Assuming that you have the 16-023 take out clip and 18-042 top sash guide, and based on the design of the fittings I see in these photos, then I think our Series 377 is our best option for this window. This comes with a 19-018 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting.
Please understand, though, I am just taking your word that the 16-023 and 18-042 are a match. I have no idea if these are the parts you have or not. Regardless of these two parts, I still think the Series 377 is our best match based purely on your photos.
