Our condo building installed all new Windoor #8100 windows back in 2016-2018. I never received a door handle and turned it in on a punch list in 2018.
Subsequently we had some turn over in building managers. I was told by one of the managers that the handle had been ordered. They then asked if they could come in and install the handle (which I approved) but the next time I was there the handle was not installed and that manager was gone.
Anyway I asked our current manager in 2023 if there was still a handle around for my door. She said any extra handles had been used post Hurricane Ian and recommended I contact the manufacturer. She also sent the building engineer up to look at the door and he noted that there is no hardware in the door to attach a handle to. (Probably why it wasn't installed before.)
So I need both a handle and door hardware. Hoping you can help.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you are having with getting the repairs done for your door. I know how frustrating that can be! I'm afraid we would not be able to supply you with a replacement handle set for this door; we do not carry anything like it.
As the current manager recommended to you, your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer to inquire with them about where you might be able to obtain a replacement for both the handle and the internal mechanism.
