Window - help identify part

Question

I have got my order of S380-37 : 37" Series 380 Channel Balance but the window is not fitting. Can someone help me identity the part(please see photos)?

From what I can see in your photos, you may be able to use our 18-124P top sash guide pair. However, I think it would be best to send us a couple of more photos of a guide that is not damaged in order for us to give you more of an accurate recommendation.
